  My experience was awful. My serve did not treat me and my fiance with any interest as guest. He got our our then never returned. The food came out and I couldn't even eat it. My meal was not prepared how I asked it to be made, which I was asked how I would like it to be made. When my server did come back around he offered to go boxes. Never once did he think to check on our table, but I saw him talk to him talk to his other table a lot. The store was not busy at all. He even treated them with more gratitude. I am a local manager at another restaurant and this made me upset. I have served a lot in my life and I would never deliberately do such a thing to a guest. It is important as a server to make your guest experience enjoyable and want them to come back from a great experience. The manager came out to talk to me about my food and seemed to have no care about my experience or what was even wrong with my meal. This was not how I expected to view another business, but I will not be going back. I hope that the store and the server see what went wrong and learn from that experience. I hope they build themselves into a strong happier environment.
